Thomas is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in finance analysis and brand management. His career reflects a strong foundation in accounting and a dynamic transition into marketing and project management.
Thomas began his professional journey as an Accountant for Rabdah Africa Build Ltd. Due to his exceptional performance and qualifications in marketing, he was promoted to Marketing Manager after just two years.
In 2011, Thomas joined the Ministry of Youth and Sports, where he served as the head of programs and projects cost analysis under the National Cadet. In this role, he was responsible for ensuring the ministry received value for money, demonstrating his expertise in financial oversight and strategic planning.
Thomas is a Chartered Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He also holds an MBA in Marketing from Robert Kennedy College, Zurich, and a Project Management Certificate from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). At UPSA in 2011, he completed a BSc program in Banking and Finance.
His tenure at BTL Africa as the Country Manager for Benchmark was marked by significant achievements. Under his leadership, the company collaborated with prominent brands such as MTN, Kasapreko, Nivea, and Puma Energy, driving substantial brand growth from 2019 until March 2021. Following this success, Thomas founded PSLA, furthering his impact in the industry.
Thomas’s professional influence extends beyond Ghana. In Sierra Leone, he worked with brands like Orange and SLBL, and in Kenya, he contributed to the success of Coca-Cola.
His contributions to the marketing communication space were recognized at the Africa Young Talent Achievers Awards 2023, where he was honored as Africa’s Thriving Man of the Year.
