The Ghana Tertiary SRC Awards acknowledges the remarkable accomplishments of student leaders and the positive impact they have on their campuses and beyond.
Outstanding Achievement Awards
The Ghana Tertiary SRC Awards recognizes outstanding achievements and leadership qualities in student representatives from universities across Ghana. It is a prestigious platform that promotes excellence and celebrates the dedication of student leaders to their institutions and communities.
The Outstanding achievement awards are the top most award category on the night.
The category recognizes the Overall Student Leader of the year, the best Woman in Student Leadership and the SRC Team of the year.

- Must be a tertiary student who has served as an SRC Executive in the 2023/2024 administration and has demonstrated outstanding leadership, dedication to students interest and welfare, and service in the community

- The Award is divided into 3 main Categories;
Mainstream Universities
Technical Universities
Outstanding Awards
- Both mainstream and Technical university applicants can be nominated for the Outstanding Awards Category
- Applicants for the Outstanding Awards are required to attach a letter of endorsement from any member in top management of the school
- Applicants who are nominated will go through shortlisting, this shortlisting will be done by the Constituted board led by Mr Thomas Osei Mensah, CEO of PSLA Africa and Emmanuel Owusu, the current GRASAG President and a steering Committee member of the Global student forum
- The board will select finalists and publish same for Voting. The Voting allows the students you served to have a voice on who wins what
- Select the category or categories you are entering within the application process.
- You can enter more than one category. You can enter more than one category on the same application.
- Finalists will be announced one month prior to the gala and winners will be announced at the gala.
The award ceremony will be held in Accra, the capital city of Ghana, and will attracts a range of distinguished guests and speakers.
The Awards is in Partnership with the ministry of Education.
Winners of the awards receive a trophy, certificate, and recognition for their outstanding leadership and contributions to the student community.
They will also receive some cash prizes and souvenirs from our sponsors.
